Getting started
How does TripNido plan a trip?
Tell us your destination, dates, travellers, budget and interests on the planner, and our AI builds a real day-by-day itinerary with an estimated budget breakdown. You can then ask it to change anything — pace, activities, who you're travelling with — directly from the trip page.
Is TripNido free to use?
Yes. Creating an account, planning trips and browsing our travel guides is free.
Do I need an account to plan a trip?
Yes — a free account lets us save your itinerary so you can come back to it, edit it, or revisit it later from My Trips.
Managing your trips
Can I change my itinerary after it's created?
Yes. Open the trip from My Trips and use the "Change my trip" box to describe what you'd like different — for example, less walking, a different pace, or swapping a day's activities. We'll revise the plan and explain the change.
How accurate are the budget estimates?
Budgets and costs are AI-generated estimates meant to give you a realistic starting point, not a quote. Prices for flights, hotels and activities change — always confirm current prices before booking.
Can I share a trip with someone else?
Yes — use the Share button on any trip page to copy its link.
Account & privacy
How do I update my travel preferences?
Go to your account page to set your preferred pace, budget style and other defaults used when planning new trips.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email privacy@tripnido.com and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and why.

Are the visa and cost details in your guides official?
Our guides are written to be genuinely useful starting points, but visa rules, fees and requirements change. Always confirm current requirements with the relevant embassy or official government source before you travel.
