Privacy Policy

Last updated 31 August 2026. This explains what information TripNido collects, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password itself). If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email and profile photo as provided by Google — we don't receive your Google password.

Trip and planning data. When you use the planner, we store what you tell us — destination, dates, travellers, budget, interests, and any free-text notes — along with the itinerary generated for you, so you can return to it later.

Account preferences. Travel pace, budget style, and similar settings you choose on your account page.

Newsletter signups. If you subscribe from a guide page, we store the email address you provide.

Session cookies. A single cookie keeps you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
